Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor Course

Multi-Weapon Firearms Instructor/Train-the-Trainer School for Law Enforcement Personnel only. This course will certify Officers as Instructors in Pistol, Shotgun, Carbine, and L.E. Range Officers.
Law Enforcement Multi-Weapon Firearms Instructor Program is designed around the Law Enforcement Officer who is already proficient in the deployment, use, and safe handling of the Pistol, Shotgun, and Carbine. Agencies MUST certify officer attending is a qualified basic rifle operator.
Our curriculum is based on our instructors’ real-world experiences as Law Enforcement Officers and Industry Standards. This course will consist of approximately 50 hours of course work within seven days. There will be days that are 8 to 9 hours in duration. Class times are based on student abilities; once a standard has been met, the class will proceed forward.
Equipment Required by each Student
- Pistol in good working order w/at least three magazines
- Duty belt
- Belt mounted, dominant side holster
- Magazine pouches for ALL weapon systems
- Department Shotgun is in good working order
- ZEROED Patrol Rifle in good working order with at least 3 magazines
- Hearing protection
- Wrap-around eye protection
- Range appropriate clothing for all types of weather conditions
- Weapon cleaning supplies
- Meals and water
- Estimated round count: 500 rounds pistol,
500 rounds of Rifle, 100 rounds of 00buckshot, and
50 rounds of slug

You must be a current Law Enforcement or Correctional Officer to attend.
